Your order will be shipped to each specific address by GLS Express or BRT courier, the shipping time varies from 24 to 48 hours from the moment it is taken by the courier, except for exceptions or unforeseen events.



The delivery times mentioned exclude the production times of the creations, the realization time can vary from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 working days depending on the model and the customization required.
Shipping with GLS Express and Tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.



It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct shipping address. If the shipping address is different from the billing address it is necessary to specify it when ordering.

Due to the current situation of COVID-19, it is now possible to change the shipping address up to 3 days after placing your order.



When your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Notification email. This e-mail provides you with the date on which the courier transfer booking was made. You can also check the status of your order online using the data provided in the email you will receive.

We inform you that your Tracking Number is entered in the shipment notification e-mail and will only become active when the courier is actually collected, this operation takes about 12/24 hours from receipt of the e-mail.



Delivery times are based on working days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Also be aware that special orders may have a longer production lead time.

Due to additional COVID-19 security precautions we are processing all orders in a timely manner, it is estimated that 95% of them arrive within the stipulated times. However, some deliveries may be delayed and we appreciate your patience during this time.
