WARRANTY CONDITIONS

In the event of problems related to manufacturing defects, the creations are covered by a one-year warranty for free repair or refurbishment depending on the situation, M di Martina reserves the right to evaluate any problem with attention and absolute professionalism to define whether it is actually covered by the warranty. establishing different terms for each situation that does not fall within the case of free repair or refurbishment.

New items, not yet worn and without manufacturing defects, can be returned to M di Martina within 30 days of delivery.
However, pay attention that, as the items are personalized and unique, 30% of their price will be retained on those returned for restocking costs.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

After placing your order, we will immediately start producing the items. If you wish to cancel your order you can do it for free within 24 hours from the order, after this time in case of cancellation this will be subject to 30% restocking costs. To cancel your order please contact our Customer Service.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive the cancellation request. The refund will be made on the payment method used originally, it may take seven working days to see the credit.
