1-2 weeks from the order, times vary depending on the creation ordered.

Tracked with GLS Express Courier 24/48 hours

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE ITALY 

Tracked by Express Courier, delivery in 48 hours,  Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs controls.

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send the items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for:

• Custom orders
• Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)

Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of non-warranty returns. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
