All models in Immediate Shipping are ready for delivery, if ordered in the standard version without customization. The time of delivery for these creations varies from 1 to 3 working days depending on the model and workload.
All our creations are Nickel Free so they do not cause allergies of any kind, in addition to the Galvanic treatment to which they are subjected, protects the precious metal from atmospheric agents and guarantees a good duration over time without this it oxidizes.
The creations are delivered in gift packages with Martina's M Logo Box.

Returns and exchanges

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
Conditions of returns
Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of non-warranty returns. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
