Processing and Shipping Time

Times may vary by a few days based on personalization.
Shipping By GLS express courier, once shipped, delivery will take place in 24/48 hours.
The customer will receive an email with the shipping number to track the package.
Returns and exchanges
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
However, contact me if you have any problems with the order.
The following items cannot be returned or replaced
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
Return conditions
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
