Returns and exchanges
I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send the items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for:

- Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
Conditions of returns
Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of non-warranty returns. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
